How local alerting works during an internet outage.
The live Duress Alert response is designed around the onsite server and connected clients. Cloud services support administration, reporting and licensing, while the local alert path runs through the site.
The local network carries the live response.
When clients can reach the onsite server and the server has a valid installed licence, the live alert path remains local.
