Duress Alert
Pricing

One licence per site, priced by how many people use it.

Four licence sizes, an annual fee, and no charge per computer. The amount depends on where you are, so the numbers live on your country page. The model below is the same everywhere.

How it works

Licensed by user count, not by computer.

  • One licence covers one site. The server runs on a PC you already leave on, and every workstation on that network talks to it.
  • You are licensed for a number of users, not machines. Inside that number, put the client on every computer those people work at: reception, consult rooms, the back office, the manager’s desk. There is no per-machine charge.
  • It is an annual fee. One line on one invoice, per site, per year.
  • The trial is the full product. Twenty-one days, up to 25 computers, no payment details. Everything you configure during the trial keeps running when you licence it.
  • More than one site? Each site alerts on its own network so help is always local, and Cloud Control gives you one view across all of them.

Team Safe

Up to 10 users. The usual choice for a single practice, a small office or one branch: a front desk, a few consult or meeting rooms, and a manager.

Group Safe

Up to 15 users. A larger practice or an office where more of the floor needs to both raise and respond.

Corporate Safe

Up to 25 users. A medical centre, a busy service counter or a whole floor of a larger organisation.

Multi Site Safe

26 users and above, priced to fit. For groups running several locations, with one view across all of them. Tell us your site count and we will quote it.

Your region

Prices are set per country. Pick yours.

The licence and the software are identical everywhere. Only the amount changes, because currency, local taxes and the cost of supporting each market differ. Each country page carries the full table for all four licence sizes.

Beyond the licence

The two things that are not the annual fee.

  • Installation is optional. A one-off setup fee of 99 in your local currency includes training and twelve months of support. Plenty of sites install it themselves in about five minutes per computer, or hand it to their own IT provider. It is your choice, and it does not change the licence price.
  • A physical desk button, if you want one. From A$25 (£20, US$20, CA$25, €18) plus delivery. It is useful where someone is often standing, or where reaching for a keyboard would be obvious. Duress Alert warns you on screen the moment a button is unplugged, and confirms when it is back, so you never find a dead button during an emergency. Nobody has to buy one: the on-screen button and the keyboard shortcut work on their own.
Trial to licence

What happens at the end of the 21 days.

  • Nothing is rebuilt. The configuration, the client names, the hotkeys and the responders you set up during the trial all carry straight over.
  • If your server is cloud connected, which is the default, you pay in the management portal and the licence updates automatically at the next check-in.
  • If you run offline, our team coordinates with you to apply the licence.
  • If you decide not to continue, you do nothing. There are no payment details to cancel, because you never gave any to start.
Questions

What buyers ask about the price.

No. You are licensed for a number of users, and inside that number you can put the client on every computer those people work at. A practice with eight staff and twelve machines needs a licence for the staff, not the machines.

Count the people who might raise or respond to an alert at that site. For most organisations that is everyone who works there, because the whole point is that any colleague can answer.

Currency, local taxes and the cost of supporting each market. The licence and the software are identical: only the amount changes. Each country page carries the full table for all four sizes.

No. The server runs on a Windows PC you already own and leave switched on. There is no server licence and no appliance to buy.

Multi Site Safe is quoted to fit, so tell us how many sites and roughly how many users at each and we will price it. Partners and referred practices may also have a discount available on a renewal.

You keep control of your own configuration and data. The specifics of what changes at renewal are set out on our security FAQ, which is written for the people who ask that question during a procurement review.
